Passengers can freely use the deck spaces on levels 1 to 4.
Notes:
The boat features one elevator for passengers with wheelchairs or other mobility issues
(1F-3F accessible by elevator, 4F accessible by stairs only)
Toilets are available on levels 1-3 (toilet on level 1 is a barrier-free multipurpose toilet)
For food safety purposes,we ask that passengers do not bring their own food or drinks aboard.
Free Wi-Fi is available on all Biwako Kisen cruise boats.
